Blackheads and fracles/jhaian



Prepare a mixture with cucumber and one tablespoon of sugar. Apply this mixture on the face to prevent the blackheads! 


{ 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pinch/chutki  boric acid/sufaid sohaga.
1 pinch sugar.
mix all 3 ingredients and leave in a bottle for few days,,then apply on black heads and fracles/jhaian.both will b cleaned.}

FACE MASK

After 30, the skin starts to decline, and this mask is the best for your skin for this stage. You will be amazed with its effects when applying for the first time.

Things we need
  • Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
  • Egg yolk: 1 egg yolk
  • Honey: 1 table spoon
  • Yogurt: 1 table spoon
  • Sugar: 1 tea spoon
Procedure:
  1. Process all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Apply on the skin and leave for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Wash with Luke warm water and then splash with cold water.


Carom seed/ajwaen for weight loss


Tip 1: Soak 1 pinch of carom seed in a half glass of water and leave it over night. Drink the water on an empty stomach the next day. It helps in dissolving fats and you will start losing weight.

Tip 2: Take 5ml of Carom seed every morning on an empty stomach and you will lose about 4 to 5 kg in a month.

With both of these tips, reduce the intake of carbs and sugar, and drink plenty of water




puffy eyes



Tiredness, thyroid problem, excessive salt intake, fluid retention and several other reasons cause eyes to be puffy. The home remedies mentioned will bring some relief of the discomfort caused by puffy eyes.

TEA: In winters, dip 2 tea bags of your choice in hot water for three to five minutes. Let cool until the bags are comfortably warm to the touch. Lie down, close your eyes, and place a tea bag over each eye. During hot months, put the cooked tea bags in the refrigerator and apply to eyes when needed for a soothing experience.

CUCUMBERS: Lean your head back, rest a slice of cucumber on each closed eye, and relax for five to ten minutes while it cures your puffiness.

POTATO: Grate the potato as fine as possible, then, place the pulp in a clean cloth and fold to make a poultice. Place the poultice on your eyelids for 15 minutes.

SALT: Salt intense food can cause puffy eyes however salt by itself proves to be good for eyes. Get rid of the puffy eyes by mixing 1/2 teaspoon salt into 1 quart warm water. Dip cotton ball into it, then lie down and apply pads to the eyelids for 10 minutes.
